2025 Sales Terms & Information
Sales terms - by purchasing you agree to the following:
- Quantities are limited. Items in your cart are not reserved until you've completed your purchase.
- We cannot combine multiple orders.
- All tubers were grown by us in New Jersey. You order contains single tubers of each variety, not clumps.
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds or order cancellations on dahlia tubers. Once your order leaves the farm, we cannot control factors that can impact tuber viability, such as how you store your tubers and your unique growing environment.
- All of our tubers have been divided by hand and evaluated to have a visible eye. Eyes may be dormant when you receive them - this is normal.
- Once received, please open your package of tubers to allow better airflow. If not planting immediately, we suggest storing your opened package in a cool, dark location that’s protected from freezing. We are not responsible for loss of quality (including shriveling, rot, and other damage) resulting from customer’s storage and handling after shipment.
- We cannot sell our tubers to local competitors. Any orders deemed as such will be refunded.
Shipping
- Orders can only be shipped within the USA.
- Orders will be shipped with USPS. Shipping & handling cost for all orders under $100 is $15.
- Orders of $100 + (pre-tax) will automatically receive FREE shipping!
- USPS shipping has an estimated delivery timing of 1-3 days, but is not guaranteed and we have no control over this.
- Tracking information will be sent as we pack orders.
- All orders will ship in April, exact date will depend on the weather. Northern NJ's early spring temperatures fluctuate, and we will not ship out any tubers during a time when the temperature could potentially harm tubers.
Local Pick Up
- If you select local pick up, you'll pick up your order from the Bloom & Bramble vendor space at Riamede Farm's Spring Blossom Festival in Chester, NJ on 5/3/25 between 10am-3pm (rain date of 5/4). Address is 122 Oakdale Road, Chester, NJ 07930.
- Your order MUST be picked up from us during the Festival's stated hours above. There is a $5 admission fee charged by Riamede for this great event, which you will need to pay in order to enter and pick up from our vendor space. We strongly suggest purchasing your admission online ahead of time to ensure your entry.
- Orders not picked up during the Festival will be invoiced for shipping and be held until paid.
- No other local pick up is available.
